After 25 years in telecommunications groups, where he held various management positions in the fields of technology, customer relations and projects, Jena-Marie founded Connected Cycle in 2013, combining his 2 passions:
communicating electronics and cycling.
He practices cycling as a hobby and to commute.
Corentin joined Connected Cycle in June 2021 as Sales Manager, after 15 years of experience in different industries.
Convinced that technology is the future of mobility, he is eager to discover your projects and guide you to the right solutions.
Cellular LTE-M (4.5 G cat M1) technology provides low power consumption, extended range, reliable connectivity, cost-effectiveness, and security, making it an ideal choice for tracking objects without a power source or with low-power sources.
In areas where LTE-M (4.5 G cat M1) is not available yet, Connected Cycle IoT (Trackers) have fall-back 2G feature. So that connectivity is available when needed.
GNSS : (Global Navigation Satellite System) is a constellation of satellites providing signals from space that transmit positioning to GNSS receivers.
GNSS include Europe’s Galileo, the USA’s Global Positioning System (GPS), Russia’s GLONASS) and China’s BeiDou Navigation Satellite System.
WiFi triangulation is implemented in Connected Cycle devices to provide high accuracy location, wide availability and coverage, ease of use and compatibility with many devices, while being a relatively inexpensive and low power location option compared GNSS.
BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) is a low-power wireless communication technology that allows our devices to communicate and provide short range location
